PLENA VITA CO. Mat Pilates Pop-Up

Join us at Glenwood Place for a 50-minute mat Pilates class blending classical and contemporary movement. Enjoy upbeat music, challenging movement, and good community all outside!

The class will be taking place outside Napa Bistro and Village Juice Kitchen and there is free parking in the parking garage.

Bring your own mat (limited rentals $6, cash/card/Venmo on-site), water, and plan to be barefoot or wear grip socks (grip socks also available for purchase). Arrive 10-15 min early.
